Our Role

To provide cost and contract advice to Clients, who may be Private Client’s, Corporate or Commercial Client’s, Industrial, Retail or Sport & Leisure Organisations or Contractors of various sizes, working in either our own or the Clients Organisations offices, or on site as demanded by the Project.

Our Role

We will manage your project from inception to completion: provide acquisition and procurement advice, design, plan, manage and co-ordinate other consultants, exercise financial control, close out the project and deliver within the agreed timescales and budget. We will work with your preferred Designers - or appoint Architects and/or specialist designers on your behalf.

Construction Consultant

We will provide you with advice, carry out an analysis of all problems, suggest ways to proceed, prepare the necessary reports, identify specific deliverables. and manage remedial and corrective works if appropriate and required
